Items still available for Add to Cart in Compare items even though marked not available.

Hi,

 

Firstly, thank you very much for an awesome product! It is fantastic and the effort and work put into it is absolutely great!

 

Now on to bug I found.

I removed the check in the back office to disable the button to add an item to the cart. It is thus not available to add to cart on the site.

But when I select the item to compare it, it is available to add to cart. Once I try to add it to the cart it pops up an error stating something about maximum items added.

If you want to, you can also disable the compare function from the back office. Go to the Preferences tab, then click on the Products sub-tab and set the option Maximum number of items for comparison to zero.

 

I assume you have disabled all shopping features from the back office Preferences tab>Products sub-tab>Catalog mode option to Yes.

I actually think that the compare function is a nice feature to have. I personally like comparing items online before I buy.

 

No, I just removed the check that make items available for purchase on product level, because I am testing the site funtionality along with the actual shopping flow.
