Configuration Problems

Hello everybody,

 

 

I have got two problems and I feel so frustrated:

 

1.- I´m trying to upload products & categories images and them does not appear after uploading succesfully.

 

2.- RUN LIVE EDIT, doesn´t work. The message is "Technical error; failed to load module list"

 

Please, anyone could help me?

1. When you upload the images there are no error messages displayed? The page only refreshes and there is no image? Have you checked the image folder rights?

 

2. In the modules section, you can see the whole list?

1.- No error messages displayed after uploading images. It´s quite funny, isn´t it? It doesn´t show up. For example, the web´s main image is correctly uploaded and it shows up but Category and Products, not.

 

2.- Yes, I can see the whole list of modules. Is that what you asked me? I´m not pretty sure.

Can I take a look at your back-office so I can try to upload some images?

Well you can send me in PM your admin url/login/password and it should be good

In images option you have removed all the sizes! You should restore them and try again.

 

Moreover the site kep crashing with error : page not found, I had to refresh many times.

 

There seems to be some big issues with your server.

Oh, pictures size, hehe... That´s fixed but

... I´m sorry... I am begginer... Now I insert the product but the images displayed are not wich I uploded... The example images instead mines.
