Setting Carrier To Romania

Please help me. I am trying to set for romania 3 carriers.

 

1. Personal delivery here in my Town

2. Normal Posting

3. Fast Shiping.

 

I have added this one at Shiping - > Carriers .

I have deleted all the States , because doesn't have any state from Romania. I have edited the prices .

 

But on the order panel , it says ,

 

No courier does not deliver to this address.

 

Please save me !

let's confirm a few things, we will use the carrier called "Personal delivery here in my Town"

 

1) edit the carrier, and confirm the Zone for "Europe" is checked

2) confirm the correct customer groups are checked

3) what is the "out-of-range behavior" setting?

 

4) next edit the Romania country, and confirm the Zone is "Europe"

5) confirm the "Contains states" option is "No". -you did not need to delete all the states.

 

6) when you created an order, did you select Romania as the country for the shipping and billing address?

out of range behavior is inside the carrier settings.

ooh yes , i have find that one. I have tryed to disabled and with the default option and is the same

How i can set a fix price for the shiping cost ? Like the slow carrier to be 10 lei and the fast carrier to be 25 lei ?

 

I saw that if i set the carrier on free , on the order checkout the carrier appear. If i set that carrier isn't free , on the checkout it's not visible. Where is the problem ?
