Custom Header or HTML for parent category pages

Hi,

 

is there a way that I can add an image to the top of a parent category page , just like you can on a sub category page?

 

EXAMPLE:

 

this parent category page has no header image

 

http://stokedwearandgear.co.uk/store2/category.php?id_category=5

 

but this sub category page can

 

http://stokedwearandgear.co.uk/store2/category.php?id_category=28

 

Even better would to be able to add custom html for each of the parent categories.
