davebyford Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Hi, I have been running my site for a month and installed and configured the 'Rewards' loyalty point module. Customers have now contacted me becuase they have points but the voucher is not validated. I have configured everything according to your guide and set the voucher to validate on shipping but nothing happens. How can I validate and issue vouchers please? I have sorted it tonight on my two shops and they are now validating and also vouchers work in checkout. go to prestashop and download the latest version then delete the module in your store, then install the module in the latest version upload via zip then check as it might keep your configuration if not you need to re-enter your settings. hope you get sorted. sam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
