putttee Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 Hey everyone, Got an issue with the the cart after a product is added in 1.4.7.0 Here is what happens. I add a product to the cart and it shows as added. When I then proceed to click on the cart or checkout the product dissapears. I did clear the cookies and it worked great. So then I add the product, checkout and all is great. Now when I want to add a new product after checkout the same issue is back. Anyone got a clue to how to fix this or what the issue can be? putttee Posted March 13, 2012 Author Share Posted March 13, 2012 ok, so here is what we did. We took a copy of the store and moved it to a different part of our server and updated it. We did the upgrade and integrated our whole website into presta to make it simplier for our clients. We then swapped the whole website around and everything works until after the first purchase. When you done the purchase and want to do another purchase it all works until the moment when you do want to open the cart or check out. The instance you do click on either of those they do dissapear and states your cart is empty. putttee Posted March 14, 2012 Author Share Posted March 14, 2012 Thanks for taking the time. We figured it out. It was a corrupted database that caused the issue. when we merged theorders we had from the 1.3 it did cause the issues for some reason that we still dont know why.
