It is a serious problem!

Can anybody explain us!

As I checked the robots.txt the only problem could be "Disallow: /images.inc.php"

Its down to the product name and if its relvant if all your images are just 1.jpg there is no content value to them being indexed. Are they named? Are they named for example canon450d like all the other canon images out there?

Has the robot text the recent one? Check google webmaster tools for crawl errors?

Google is actually smart about how they do things. They take on page cues to label your images. So if it is named 1.jpg, but all of the on page cues point to it being an ipod shuffle they will label it as that. The problem comes when you have the same image everyone else in the world has. They can match images with their image search, so they don't index the image if there is a match a lot of times.
