Attribute Display or Combination Display Module Needed

Hey everyone I am new to the forums but I am looking for a module that will allow me to display the attributes and combinations on the actual product page with check boxes or quantity boxes and that will allow me to add a picture beside each combination.

 

Just so you know I own a pet store and the combinations are pretty much like this

 

Dog Food sizes

 

5 lb bags

 

15 lb

 

30 lbs

 

Can anyone help me with this. I do not like the look of drop down menus. The site isn't live yet but will be soon it takes forever to load 15000 products lol

Thank you very much Maymo design I really appreciate this. I was hoping there would be one here to me the drop menu doesn't look right and this is perfect for my design and theme my web designer is making
