Edit Link on find us on subcategories

Hi, I have questions with prestashop back office.

I was trying to find where can I edit the subcategories link at prestashop so that I can link the company facebook fan page to it. I have facebook, twitter, and etc links under the category called "Find Us On".

 

Secondly, I was wondering if there is any way to set the shipping option to respond itself according to the customer address. I don't want to let customers to choose it because they will always choose the cheepest delivery package in local even though they are from other countries.

 

Please Help me to solve these headache problem.
