JuanO
Good morning, I need to make my own payment module, because in my country (Venezuela) is a bit complicated all the bank stuff. Then there is a company of online payment services for which prestashop needs to perform some actions but any of them are in any current module. What do you recommend? thanks! tivicrdotcom
Venezuela is like Costa Rica, lots of burecracy so the best way to implement it is: - PayPal where anyone can pay you through a credit card; - Bank Deposit; - Cheque
Elikem
I have the same problem. A local bank has given me a manual for its API so they can serve as my payment gateway and I need help integrating the bank's API with Prestashop payment modules. I need help urgently. El Patron
a good way to see how South America pays for online goods is to visit mercadolibre...we buy items there, walk over to the bank, pay to the account, and the item showed up the next day! While we all in S. America would like online payments...we should first consider how people pay, and it's not by cc (yet). elikem, if you don't feel comfortable writing your own module, you may want too consider posting in paid modules. there are several community members with experience creating payment modules.. El Patron
p.s. if you want to create your own payment module...start off by selecting any one of the free payment modules (paypal, authoirzenet, etc)...copying the module and modify for your payment gateway.
