devo9er Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Hello! Non of the shipping options seem to apply to orders in the checkout process. I have installed and configured the Fedex module and it appears to be pulling my rates, yet its not factoring in ANY of the other options such as Handling charge, Zone Fees etc. I have experimented making my handling charge $100.00 for example and yet Fedex ground shipping is still offered at $5.90 in the shopping cart? jamesian Posted October 26, 2012 Share Posted October 26, 2012 I'm having this same exact issue. Handling charge is set to $5 but is not showing up on any of our products. It's very sad to have found someone with the same problem from six months ago and no one has replied or answered the question. It's what I've come to expect from Prestashop.
