Minor questions, (if) possible..

Hi I just want to ask if it is possible for prestashop to do the following,

 

1. default page is a form with;

- textbox

- option button

- submit button

 

2. the idea is,

- only 1 option can be chosen

- textbox needs to be filled

- sumbit button acts like a checkout button

 

generally, no more registration / shipping except for the information provided on the textbox

 

I just want to know if this is possible before we dwell and start a project using prestashop.

 

Hope someone could share some info / experience.
