[SOLVED]allow_url_fopen problem

Hi i have a problem with inporting in the back end and get a warning as i log in it all points to

allow_url_fopen needing to be set to on well i have checked this with a php page with the folowing code

echo ini_get('allow_url_fopen');
?>

 

it shows that its on but i still get this warning when i log in to BO

this has happened when i coppied over to a new host any idears would be good as im realy struggleing now.

allow_url_fopen had to be turned on for each folder that had the issue so this is now solved
