500 internal server error

Hi to all,

 

I'm using prestaashop 1.4.4.1 version, Whenever user buys some product and when they are going throuh checkout process at the last step they are getting 500 inteernal server error,

 

And my files permission set to 755, Then i enabled error log in my hosting, ant th error log throws me this error

 

[Mon Mar 05 21:34:48 2012] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `nutritionshoppe.in' does NOT match server name!?

 

I'm using two payment method ,COD and cheque and in both i'm getting this same error.

 

This error i'm getting in both case ssl and without ssl.

Hi all.

 

I also get error 500 on COD and I also get it when I click on the "tell a friend" link under a product. I am running V1.4.7.0.

 

Is it something I can change with settings?

Hi mathanganesh,

I just tried this out using the login credentials you provided above, and I had no issues placing an order to be paid by check. Can you please try a new browser or clear your browser's cache and try it again, and then let me know if the issue persists?
