SSL problem with Facebook Module

I am sure someone has asked this but nothing came up in the forum under ssl facebook https error that worked for me.

I installed facebook like box on my 1.2 version - I know bit behind with the updates - today and on google, https turns red. I have tried changing http://www.facebook to https://facebook and http://www.facebook to //facebook but no luck. Changed the tpl file and the backoffice too, still getting the error.

Any other suggestions?

www.gulfportflowershop.com, I left the box showing in both left and right columns, hoping someone has a solution before I give up and uninstall it.

Ok, it looks like that changing http://www.facebook............ to //facebook.......... in the tpl file as well in the backoffice did solve the problem!

It seems to be working:)

 

Now, if anyone knows how to put "solved" in the topic please let me know!

everything depends on what prestashop version you use, what module you use and what theme you use.

what should I do

change each instance of js file include from http://address.com/file.js to //address.com/file.js

I changed all http to https in header.tpl and footer.tpl
