Content Expand and Contract function with Read More / Hide button

Hi all,

 

Please see attached illustration, you will see that the text on every product page is very lengthy. That forces the products to move right to the bottom of the page and having visitors scroll down a fair bit to view them

 

Is there a Read More / Hide button available for Expanding and Contracting Text area when the text is too large on the Product Page?

 

If there is, can you do it?
