category in header.tpl?

Hi there,

 

Perhaps somebody can help me...

I try to change the color in the header.tpl for several categories like Boys (logo and a border in blue) and girls (Logo and border in pink). I gave the category discription a color, because i don't need a category description... Now I just want get

{$category->description}

 

in the header.tpl ...

But if i write e.g.

<img src="picture.png" style="background-color:{$category->description};" />

it won't work

 

Hope you understand what i mean and can help me.
