Few issues with Prestashop

Problem: I have just installed this new theme and the logo that was working with the current theme (just uploaded through the admin panel) doesnt work with the new theme. How can i get my logo up on this theme?

 

Also where the "Contact", Sitemap, Bookmark" is, its on a grey background and you can hardly see it, overall its pretty messy, how can I move that next to the logo further up?

 

Also, why is that dam footer not centered? How can I center the footer of my site?

 

I am using the latest prestashop software as I only installed it around a week ago.
