How to add Icon under price item in product page

How to add Icon under price item in product page

I wonder if possible to add colored picture indicate to date of delivery in the area of price ( quantity - color ...) in the product page

I try to edit product.tpl in theme file but nothing change

I think that if there is a way to add attribute as picture not just selection menu that will help very much

coz i need to use many picture accourding to each product delivery date
