no discount in e-mail

Hi casitto,

In your Back Office, you can go to Tools > Translations > Email Template Translations, and add custom edits to that specific email. Then, you can add a voucher code you've created under Payment > Vouchers that can only be used once per user.

Maybe I not explain well: in the customers email there is all price, some product whit regular price and some whit discount price, but all have the regular price, discount price for some product in not diplayed in singolr products and the customers think that not are the discounts

there is no translation problem, is the fact that the price in email havent the discout displayed

 

I understand, but the translations section actually allows you to completely reconfigure the email templates as well, from rewriting the text of the emails to even changing where certain value are inserted.

 

Please check it out for the email in question and then let me know if you continue to have this issue.
