Guest
Using default V1.5.0.5 I’ve setup free shipping for 100, but the tax is included in the calculation. Is there a way to exclude the tax from the free shipping calculation. I don’t want to give free shipping until a customer buys $100.00 of product. Unfortunately because the tax is included in the free shipping calculation, the customer gets free shipping without actually spending $100.00. Guest
I'm new to Prestashop, if someone could let me know if this is a bug or a feature, I'd really appreciate it.
Guest
Actually I’m completely wrong. What is happening is the “Free shipping starts at” is not working. Doesn’t matter what amount I set it to, it has no effect of the cart. Free shipping is not applied. I can get around this by setting price ranges, and that is actually better because I only want to offer free shipping in Canada and not the US. That said, tax is still included in what the cart considers the "shipping amount" and that behaviour just doesn’t make sense. This must be a bug.
