Johan F
I wonder what to do when you for example have 10 different colors on a T-shirt and where you can choose from 18 different sizes. Tell him I want to have red color on a red t-shirt, etc. and in selecting the buttons to move the picture it works of course when you do it manually but when you Generate product combinations so can you not select what color is associated with the right image ?? Is certainly an easy way to do this but I have not sunk in yet. It's a hell of a job if I should sit down and add it when you run the Generate product combinations, it could be 300 different products take the hours and make a product. Hope you understand what I mean.
Mike Kranzler
Hi Johan, If you're using the actual Combinations Generator function in your Back Office, this will only take you about 5 minutes. Please see this screencast for an example of how it works. I hope this helps. -Mike
Johan F
But if I wanted to connect images of each color so that when you choose red, it becomes red picture and when selecting the blue screen goes blue. Because if you have 10 sizes, so you have to connect the image manually to all 10 blue

Just add an image for each color, and when you use the Combinations Generator it will apply it to all of them. -Mike
tolinho
Hi, I also have a question regarding combinations. I would like to have a option Model: that can be Men Tshirt, Woman Tshirt, And Hods. Then if I choose Men Tshirts I Have 3 colores, Red, Black and Blue. And sizes from S to XXL If I select model Woman Tshirts, I have 2 colors, Pink and Yellow, but the sizes from XS to XL only If I select moodel Hods I have 2 colors, Black and White with sizes from S to L I would like that when I select a certain model, only the related options, color and size would load, for that model, on the fly. Can this be done? Thnaks.

tomerg3
You can check out the following module http://www.prestashop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/140686-module-mass-combination-editor-edit-product-combination-attributes-all-at-once-on-one-page/ , it lets you edit all the combination info and assign images from one page with 1 click. tolinho
Thanks for the reply. But none of the suggested modules handle what I need. I'm looking for one Main Option, and depending on that is selected on thar firts option, the other attributes will load accordinigly. tomerg3
You can generate all the options using the combination generator, and then delete the combinations you do not want to offer.

When I use Combinations generator it will loose all connections with images and then have to select images manually.? Hannu
tomerg3
Hannu: You're correct, using the combination generator would delete anything you already set before for a combination.
