How to edit the Picture size...

I want to edit the size of the product picture:

you can see the thumb large size is 280px × 262px

 

I want to edit to 280 x 280 px, Could you please tell me where to edit? I tried to edit in the admin panel, but it seems can't edit there, Maybe I need to edit the php file??

You can edit the picture size in BO->Preferences->Images.

Don't forget to regenerate thumbnails.
