Mike Kranzler
Hi teJ20, Can you please provide some additional details, such as your version number and a screenshot of what you're seeing in your Back Office? -Mike
lazergirl
I'm having the same problem with trying to access my manufacturers module from the back office. Version: PrestaShop™ 1.4.5.1 When I click on 'manufacturers' it gives me a 'The connection was reset' error. I've tried repeatedly to access it and it does not seem to want to work even when I refresh. Thanks!
teJ20
Hi Mike, I use 1.4.7.0, i works perfectly until one day. I didn't install any modules or something. this is the only thing it's showing.
fishermanwyner
I guess some error is happening, you can set "display_errors" to "on" config.inc.php file to see what the error is. you screen is too small, I can not see anything.

teJ20
It was from a module that I've installed and forget about it. Thanks a lot!
Mike Kranzler
Thanks teJ! This is often a memory-related issue from having too many modules. Which module was it in your case? -Mike
