Impossible to complete the PayPal payment

Hello,

 

Since many weeks, most customers (many in France) cannot complete the PayPal transaction on this shop (www.plang.be/bootik-de-thoe).

 

They are waiting the PayPal page forever.

 

- I upgraded to Prestashop 1.4.6.2

- I tried to use 3 different versions of the PayPal module including the modules shipped with Prestashop (v2.8.5)

- I was never able to reproduce this problem (I am working in Brussels, Belgium).

 

I contacted the PayPal support. They admit that they got some time response problems but that this problem was fixed since a while.

 

Any ideas to find a solution, a workaround ?
