Footer Block Module Missing

I am trying to configure my prestashop and when I go to module I do not have a section labeled "blocks" instead the blocks are listed under "Front office features". Under that heading there is no "Footer Block" module. I do not know where to go to enable that module or be able to edit the footer on my page.

There is no "Footer Block" module in Prestashop at all. Footer in Prestashop is a position where different modules can add their content. For example, Prestashop CMS Block v1.1 module adds the block with several CMS links. Positions, in which module add their content, are presented in back office in Modules ->Positions (you find footer over there).

 

To edit a footer template, go to themes/prestashop/footer.tpl.
