Error in the url

I have 2 problems:

1. in the url comes out the translation of the page that i did not select

2. my old programmer installed a file in my site to count my stats.

 

attached i paste the page to show both problems:

As you can see (i made them red) the title MY CUENTA (MY account) should be in Italian IL MIO CONTO. Where can i modify it??

 

The token in red at the end of the code instead is the one that comes out in any page to check my stats, where can i cancell it???
