Combinations Tab Missing

I'm using PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.0

 

I have clicked on Attributes and Groups in Catalog and added an attribute group and added attributes to the group.

 

However, when I go to add an item in the catalog, as you will see in the attached photo - there is no Combinations Tab.

 

How do I display my attributes when adding an item to the catalog?

I know this has been a while ago, but how did you figure out the problem? I messed up with my server files and suddenly the Combinations tab disappeared.

Do you have any clue on how to fix it?
