Updated from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7: the frontoffice disappear!

Dear friends ...

I upgraded last night from the site http://www.hobbydicarta.it/prestashop/ 1.4.6

 

after having worked perfectly until this morning ...

 

this morning I can only see this in the pages of the FO

Hi stefano,

Did you upgrade manually, or using our AutoUpgrade module? It appears that there are a good number of missing files in your Front Office, and this is usually the product of a failed upgrade.

i upgrade it manually via ftp and i use the install dir to update it...

so what can i do?

 

is it possibile to make a fresh installation importing the old db? (the problem i think it's about the photos!)

Did you back up your site before upgrading? It definitely looks like there was an error during the upgrade, and I would recommend that you roll back to your original site before trying again, being completely sure to follow the step-by-step guide here.

You could try that following the guide here, but I would recommend doing an actual update instead. Don't forget to give our experimental AutoUpgrade module a try as well!
