Variables and functions documentation like for wordpress?

Recommended Posts

I wonder if there is a documentation for PrestaShop functions and variables, like the one we find for Wordpress?

I find it quite hard to develop in PrestaShop comparing to wordpress as there is not enough documentation and I have to dig into files and try to understand things which is making the whole process quite slow.

Does anybody have the same problem? Or did I just miss something out?

Thanks Nadie for reply! I've browsed through documentation from the link above already but what I had in mind was something more detailed for developers, something like wordpress has for variables and functions: http://codex.wordpress.org/Global_Variables, http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference

If there is something like that for PrestaShop, it will save me lots of time. Thanks.
