Looking for a technical customization of my template

Hello,

 

I bought and installed in local host a template for prestashop 1.4.6.2

 

I have customized graphical elements (logo, background, header etc), so no problem for me for the graphical design.

 

But I would like to bring some changes to the template, like adding a vertical categories menu block at the left or right of the slider and other blocks (newsletter, payment etc), adding/removing some CMS links from the headerlinks, footer , optimizing the site for IE and Opera etc.

So i'm looking for a professional to complete those tasks.
