Problem with creating a new account

Hi,
i have installed the Prestashop to my server and all is working great apart from a couple of problems im having with the back office.

Problem 1 is that when i upload images or change any field in the back office then save i recieve this message,

CGI Error> The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Is there something i should do to stop this happening?

Problem 2 is when regestering as a customer , i am unable to complete this process as the city is not recognised ,this on any county chosen.Any help kindly appreciated.
