Cannot confirm order

Hello,

 

I am using Prestashop version: 1.4.7.0

Server information: Linux #1 SMP Thu Nov 3 03:41:26 UTC 2011 x86_64

Server software version: Apache

PHP version: 5.2.17

MySQL version: 5.1.55-log

 

I have problem with cash on delivery and cash on pick up module. When I click "confirm order" button, nothing happens!

 

Module bank wire works correct and the order is confirmed.

 

Can Somebody Help me??
