cconnect
I am a total greenhorn with ecommerce and Prestashop, but trying to learn. I've gained much knowledge on this forum - thank you for that! I've just updated from 1.4.4 to 1.4.7 after learning it may resolve my problem with my shipping issues (not able to use USPS and UPS automatically shows in check out w/no other options). However, now there's a big problem - the link to the shop goes to our original web page. The store link is www.chaoticconnections.com/store/ Instead, when you type it in, it's directed to to www.chaoticconnections.com. I've looked all over the forum and online for how to fix it without success. My guess is that it's simply a matter of redirecting the homepage to the correct address, but I can't find out where to do this. I've tried in the SEO/URL and my files under the store folder in my cpanel but had no success. How do I fix this? Thank you.
Nuvish
Hello. Is the PS directory field in the SEO/URL section set properly?
cconnect
Yes, it is. It's entered as /store/ .
cconnect
I've attached a picture of the SEO & URLs page in case I'm missing something. I've tried it with and without the "store" in the "Shop domain name for SSL." Is this incorrect? Fullscreen capture 2282012 85316 PM.bmp
Scotty501
I just looked at your site and it worked at the correct URL. May have been a cache issue?
cconnect
Thanks. Yeah, I had to uninstall it completely and start from scratch. Not fun, but had to be done. Thanks again.
