I do understand html, html5, css, css3,javascript, vb 2010(beginner level cert IV) I don't have a lot of dollars but will consider offers and pay upfront. If you are not say US/EU based you can subscribe to safari books and get some of them online. Also the smarty website provides good documentation and the user community there is very helpful.
