Want to Label weight ranges

Hello, got my site built now i need to label the weight ranges,

 

for example;

 

Name engines gearbox wheels doors ecu bumpers interior

 

Zone/ range 0-5kg 5-10kg 10-15kg 15-20kg 20-25kg 25-30kg 30-35kg

 

anyone able to do this?

 

need it asap
