Discount shipping on the 2nd/3rd product added to basket

I would Like to be able to do the following, I have looked through the forum but cannot find anything.

 

Single items are charged at the single postage price, but when a customer orders multiple items I want to offer a discount on the postage. I would like to set up an automatic discount within my checkout when the customer orders multiple items

A simple sum, it charges the highest weight/priced (If you base it on price) item at the full postage price, then all subsequent items are charged at 55% of the postage weight price.

E.g. You want to order 3 items with postage bands 500g , 700g & 900g. The checkout will charge the 900g band at full price, then band 500g & 700g at 55%.

£2.99(500g) + £1.37(700g) + £1.09(900g) = £5.45 for example

 

If anyone know of a module or a code change I would be most grateful

you wont the prestshop is not user friendly to people who want to sell 000's of items as ive learnt, u cant even label stuff of do want you want to do god knows how they won the award last year
