How do you remove the agree to terms

I hope someone answers these questions quickly. It seems like if there is a question that has already been asked, someone should just get ref'd to the answer in the forum instead of being completely ignored. Searches are not 100% on any site, it depends on so many different variables, what language, spelling etc. So don't think that someone is always just being lazy and wants an easy out. I ALWAYS try to find the answers myself, I hate asking for help :-) Besides, while I am searching around I find lots of ideas and usually forget what I was searching for to begin with.........LOL At any rate.

1. Could someone please tell me how to remove the terms of service box from the checkout.

2. How can you make oversized products only be shipped by specific carriers instead of all.

T&C;text from your oage will will need to edit the order.tpl file and comment out or delete the appropriate line, of course you will have to remember to turn off the requirement to accept T&C;before a customer buys in your admin>preferences section.

You could set a special weight for that product and make only one carrier take that weight.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast :-) I turned off the TC. But not sure about the setting special weight how do I go about doing that?? And then set it to one carrier?
