Someone please help me with Vouchers :(

Hi all,

 

First time post... Really struggling to get vouchers working on my Prestashop 1.4.6.2.

I have to old vouchers already in there which I can not edit and I can not create any new vouchers.

 

I keep receiving "An error occurred while updating object. discount"

 

I then thought I could just edit one of the old vouchers through PHPMyAdmin which was successful although the voucher only works for certain products for some unknown reason.

 

I really need help with this and if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Did you upgrade to 1.4.6.2 from an earlier version of PrestaShop, or is this a new installation?

I upgraded to 1.4.6.2 from the version below I think

In that case, it appears that your database may not have been upgraded properly to go along with the software. You can see a bug report on the issue here.

Mike, I have seen the bug report you posted regarding the issue. Not really anything in there of any use.

Any other suggestions to fix this?

Did you upgrade manually or using the AutoUpgrade module?

I upgraded manually and followed the installation you have to go through on the website.
