Google Checkout The API callback URL

Hello !

 

I am trying to setup several things right now and it looks like there may be a slight problem with Google checkout. I signed up for account and got all necessarily ids and passwords and in field where Google is asking for API callback URL I see that Google Checkout module on prestashop is giving me this address :

http://www.xxxxxx.com/modules/gcheckout/validation.php and Google giving me an error saying that it has to be a secure https and not http. Now my question is can just add S on the end or there are some things I have to change. (How come Module giving me unsecured url ? ) After Google module saying it has to be XML and that's all good because on Google side I can set Notifications in XML, HTML or Serial. So only problem is that http vs https thing.

I think I got it. In order for me to get https AKA SSL I need to install SSL on my server and with godaddy this is not cheap but I going to have to do that because anything that have to do with money without SSL is a big NO NO in my book. Just to make sure I am correct and this IS a fix for an issue I am having, can someone please spend 3 sec and just reply "YES" so I know I have one less problem to worry about ?
