Mike Kranzler
Hi missianne, Can you please open your config/config.inc.php file via FTP and set "display_errors" to "on"? Once you've done that, please let me know and I'll take a look a little deeper into this for you. -Mike

Rhapsody
I just tried to setup an account and could not - the site is running slow as molases. For starters, turn off the CCC options under preferences, performance. Also at the bottom of the preferences page, make sure that "use cache" is disabled. Let's start with the basics and selectively enable the performance stuff until it breaks something, then back off that setting.

Mike Kranzler
Hi missianne, We had a user report this to the Forge here, and it turned out to be a PHP error. Can you please check out that report and try to follow his suggestion (you will likely need to contact your hosting provider to have them do this for you) and let me know if that works for you? -Mike

Rhapsody
backup your database and your prestashop directory before doing the steps below. 1. use phpmyadmin and log into your database. Open the ps_configuration table and set the following: PS_SSL_ENABLED 0 PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP 0 PS_CSS_THEME_CACHE 0 PS_JS_THEME_CACHE 0 PS_HTML_THEME_COMPRESSION 0 PS_JS_HTML_THEME_COMPRESSION 0 PS_HIGH_HTML_THEME_COMPRESSION 0 2. In your /config/settings.inc.php file make sure that cache is off with the following: define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '0'); 3. go into the cache directory under your theme (it looks like you have the stock prestashop theme) and delete everything except index.php Now try to log in to the back office. If successful, see if you can log in the front office. Post here if that works. for follow on.
missianne77
i still have the issue...this is their reply: We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It seems to be the error with the application you are using. I have tried to reset the password back to your application, but the error still exists. Hence, please contact your application vendor regarding the issue. Could you please verify it once again from your end? If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.
