Problem with localhost.

I do not know if they are in the right place, so forgive me if I'm wrong and the same for my English.

I need help to solve this problem I have.

I am preparing a site with Prestashop I have not yet published, a few days ago I installedSkype that gave me problems because I did not go with WAMP site, which is BO FO.

 

 

Searching the internet I found that port 80 was being occupied by Skype.

 

Now I uninstalled Skype, but problems remain.

If you are in the office where I have a wireless network then the site does not work (I canonly enter in the Back Office and typing 127.0.0.1 Localhost), if, however, are outside the office with my computer (a laptop) I then all works.

I understand that given the experience with Skype I think it may depend on some leads, butI do not know where to put their hands.
