Adding Line Break in PDF.php?

I want to add text to the end of this line, after the order). :

But first I want to add a line break. What's the correct syntax? I've tried "\n" but it didn't work.

 

Alternatively at the bottom of the PDF invoice there is a grey bar with PRESTASHOP On Shopname

 

How do I edit the text in that bar?
