New install PS 1.4.7 - Stock quantities not displayed-check code?

I have used PS version 1.4.6 with no problems, however, I started fresh with a new download of 1.4.7 and now have a problem getting my stock quantities to show. I don't really know code, so can someone please tell me what is wrong? I have been trying to figure this out for days. I hope someone can please help me with this. Thank you so much!
