Mike Kranzler
Hi Gary, In this situation, it appears that you are having an issue with your server's memory_limit. I would recommend that you give them a call and ask them to increase the memory_limit value in your php.ini file, and that should hopefully resolve this for you. I hope this helps. -Mike
cheap gaming pcs
Hi Mike Thanks for your help Someone else said that i need to debug the backoffice . Mike Kranzler
Hi Gary, You can set "display_errors" to "on" in your config/config.inc.php file and then reload the page to see if you get an error, but this issue tends to happen when you surpass your memory limit, and the Modules tab is often the first to go blank. This is why I recommended that you try calling your hosting provider. -Mike
cheap gaming pcs
Hi Mike That is perfect i will set it to on and ring the hosting provider to up the limit to make sure I will let you know if it solves it Many Thanks again Gary

Mike Kranzler
Hi Gary, There doesn't appear to be a line 654 in the standard Module.php file in version 1.3.1. Could you please attach your version of the file here so that I can take a look at it for you? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi Mike I do still have the contact page module if that help Its was a new one installed Many Thaks Gary Unfortunately, since this is an externally-developed module I must strongly urge you to locate the original developer to get support, as it is his work you downloaded that appears to be causing you these issues. -Mike
cheap gaming pcs
Hi Mike OK i will search the forum . If the worse comes to it and i cant find him . What can i do ? Mike Kranzler
Are you able to find the module on your site via FTP? If so, you can delete it that way and see if that makes a difference. However, I wouldn't be able to tell you what (if any) other files may have been affected, which is why it is so important that you try to find out directly from the developer himself. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Unfortunately, there's not much I can do in this situation, as I not only am not familiar with the external module in question, but I also do not have a record of who even developed it or where it was originally posted. -Mike
