Hi Gary,

You can set "display_errors" to "on" in your config/config.inc.php file and then reload the page to see if you get an error, but this issue tends to happen when you surpass your memory limit, and the Modules tab is often the first to go blank. This is why I recommended that you try calling your hosting provider.

Hi Gary,

There doesn't appear to be a line 654 in the standard Module.php file in version 1.3.1. Could you please attach your version of the file here so that I can take a look at it for you?

Hi Mike

I do still have the contact page module if that help

Its was a new one installed

Many Thaks

Gary

Unfortunately, since this is an externally-developed module I must strongly urge you to locate the original developer to get support, as it is his work you downloaded that appears to be causing you these issues.

Hi Mike

OK i will search the forum .

If the worse comes to it and i cant find him . What can i do ?

Can i delete all prestashop file on the host and down load a new one from here then add the template

Change the config files to point to the old data base . So all my products will still be there ?

or something along them lines . Like debuging prestashop files ?

Many Thanks

Are you able to find the module on your site via FTP? If so, you can delete it that way and see if that makes a difference. However, I wouldn't be able to tell you what (if any) other files may have been affected, which is why it is so important that you try to find out directly from the developer himself.

Yes, that should work fine, but be sure to back everything up first.

Hi Mike

Thanks for your help

I reinstalled prestashop again but now it is showing the error below on the same 2 pages . Module and payment

Fatal error: Class 'CarrierModule' not found in /home/ukgaming/public_html/classes/Module.php(323) : eval()'d code on line 31

Would you know how to fix this ?

Many thanks
