babyewok
One of my client's sites has been suspended due to high resource usage on a shared server. The file identified is category.php, but that is all they can tell me! I have reuploaded category.php incase it was corrupted but I can still tell that the site is running slowly. The version is 1.3.2.3 - does anyone have any ideas?!

babyewok
Do you think it could be due to url rewriting? Som eof my client's categories include ampersand (&) and slashes (/). If so os tehre somethgin I could do to change the rewrite rules ot allow for this?
babyewok
I have discovered that the site speeds up a HUGE amount if the categories block is removed. I have checked for bugs and can't seeem anything but I wonder if it is due to the large number of categories - does anyone have any solutions for this?
