Hey, don't judge the book from its cover. You even don't know they are still working by updating this great software based on the information through this forum. I think they don't have to answer each question. I think most of them doing action to improve this software better from day to day by watching this community every day. Talk less, do more.Cheers! qasrani
I believe so too, they are working more and talking less. One super-admin has zero posts but I am sure she is doing great on the back-end on development issues. We love prestashop
Tommix
i'm not judging you said -great support cause they are online-i said-weak support and don't metter if they online or no. The 90% of support is from other users not support team.

Masino Sinaga
@Tommix,I think you have to read this:http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/18787/general_discussion/to_the_prestashop_team_and_the_forum_membersMost of PrestaShop Developer Team will answer by modifying, improving and updating this great sofware to become better and better. I mean, they don't have to talk or giving statement in this forum. They talk less, but do more. They usually working hard based on the issues that we send to this forum. The most important thing is: let's try to being a positive thinking in this forum. I am sure many other people that have been using this PrestaShop will help each other. Not only support from the PrestaShop Team, but support may come from others member in this community forum. Beside that, this will make us helping each other, we can also learning each other. I am sure this will help us learning by doing, and not only asking for help to the PrestaShop team. That is what I mean this forum is strong enough.I don't want to debate with you about the weakness support from them as I have explained all above. That's all, buddy! Peace and cheers! qasrani
Masino Sinaga, you are right. Open-source projects are like that and community and developers run it together. Developer work in the background having only necessary activity on public forums while community is helping in fine tuning and minor development. Well, this is my own opinion and please feel free to dis-agree
