phrasespot
Are they not reaching to destination at all? or considered as spam? Try sending an email from the system the shop is installed to phrasespot at gmail com so I can see the headers.

Some of my customers are not receiving emails (mostly hotmail users) I use my own domain email that runs through google apps, so through a google server.. I would really like to know how to solve this, because I am loosing customers this way who, I see in the bo, have created 6 accounts, but did not receive any email and therefore left the website.. vekia
it's because your server is probably listed on RBL. This is hard to avoid, especially in the shared hosting

Could that be an issue? I'll make a quick install online to see if there is any difference... Thank you for your reply!
