Currently, there is no way to contact a customer in its mother tongue. I have stores and sites in multilingual markets and so far my thinking has been that it is a good solution to grab the browser language in order to decide which language to display the page in.... Also, if you want to send a newsletter from Prestashop, there is no way to send the newsletter in the user language, same thing for birthday mail, voucher...
