I have made all the settings, i have made to give points on "order completed", but there are no vaucher points given when the order is complete! What's wrong? I have products only in Home category and i have no discounted products. On one of the first versions of prestashop, I tried this module and it worked without problems. LexH Posted February 27, 2012 Author Share Posted February 27, 2012 There is no error! Its ust not giving points on order sent (as its in settings). Its like the plugin is not on. In the customers tab, and in the customer's info, there is info that the client has Loyalty points, but they are not shown in the "My Vouchers" info when the customers opens his profile. However, looking at it now, it appears that your loyalty points are only set to apply to products in your Home category, so users can only get them on products purchased from the Featured Products block. For testing, i checked all the categories and made another test buy, but again, the points are given but are not shown and "You have no vouchers" in the vouchers tab...
